While she enjoyed the intellectual challenges of litigation, the work became mundane – this sparked her initial interest in entrepreneurship. Sabrina quickly realized she was passionate about entrepreneurship and that she wanted to utilize her legal know-how to assist other entrepreneurs in their business ventures. Shortly thereafter, she transitioned from “big law” and launched the Law Office of Sabrina Cobb, LLC, a virtual boutique law firm dedicated to assisting creatives and entrepreneurs with their business law and intellectual property law needs. Through her firm, Sabrina seeks to make the “be your own boss” lifestyle more attainable. Sabrina utilizes her prior litigation experience to assist both aspiring and seasoned entrepreneurs from falling into legal pitfalls by ensuring that their businesses are built on a proper legal foundation. She firmly believes in providing dependable, relatable, and quality legal services to her clients along with loads of moral support and encouragement to assist them in their entrepreneurship journey.

Sabrina is a native of Atlanta, a wife, and a mother. She is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia, and a board member of Bridging Borders, Inc., a non-profit organization geared towards improving and enhancing youth life development of minority adolescents.
